Registration Fee

Registration fee includes:
Admission to all sessions, all Social Programs, Conference kits, Lunches and Refreshments during the Conference

Accompanying Person fee includes:
1 day spouse program, all Social Programs, Accompanying Person’s kits

Registration fee for IPRA 2010 delegates includes:  

• Admission to all sessions
• Welcome Reception on 2 February 2010
• IPRA Indonesia Award on 3 February 2010
• Farewell Dinner on 4 February 2010
• Airport Transfer for International delegates. (Flight Details must be submitted to committee 15 January 2010 at the latest)
• Conference kits (delegate bag, final programme, certificate)
• Refreshments and lunches (during the conference)

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Welcome Reception on 2 February 2010
• IPRA Indonesia Award on 3 February 2010
• Farewell Dinner on 4 February 2010
• Airport Transfer for International delegates. Flight Details must be submitted to committee 15 January 2010 the latest)
• Half day Jakarta City Tour including Lunch

If paying by wire transfer, please make payable to PT. Multi Taruna Sejati, and please add USD 5 payable for incoming wire fee.

Please submit a copy of  bank wire transfer and completed Conference Registration Form.

Payment with Credit Card available in on line registration

Registration on confirmation will be sent to you via email upon receipt of the payment. Registration without a payment will not be guaranteed until full payment is made.
Following your complete and successful online registration you will receive an automated confirmation via email. Cancellation & Refund Policy For Registration Fee
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. The refund payment will be processed after the Conference. All bank charges and an administration fees will be deducted from your payment. Please refer to the following dates for cancellation:

Cancellation on or before 30 November 2009: 50% refund

Cancellation after 30 November 2009: No refund
