1. KAMPOENG The Old Batavia TourDaily: 7 hours Jakarta began its history in the 14th century as a small harbor town and today become a bustling metropolitan city. Old Batavia’s heart is in the ‘Kota’ area now. Kampoeng the Old Batavia Tour presents the uniqueness of Jakarta with various blends of culture and traditions. NATIONAL MUSEUM The National Museum, built in 1862, is the best museum in Indonesia and is reputedly one of the finest in Southeast Asia. The museum has an enormous collection of cultural objects of the various ethnic groups – costumes, musical instruments, model houses, numerous fine bronzes from the Hindu-Javanese period, as well as many interesting stone pieces salvaged from Central Java and other temples. There’s also superb display of Chinese ceramics dating back to the Han dynasty which was almost entirely amassed in Indonesia. GLODOK Glodok is the center of Jakarta’s China Town. It is now banking, hawkers, trading and entertainment center. Visit to Petak Sembilan Chinese temple dedicated to the Buddhist goddess of mercy, Kuan Yin. Built around 1650, it was on of the earliest center of worship for the Batavian Chinese.
In the 18th century, Kali Besar area was a very stylish residential neighborhood along the great canal of Cliliwung river. At the north end of the Kali Besar lays a small 17th century Dutch drawbridge, the last in the city, called the Kota Intan Drawbridge. SUNDA KELAPA HARBOR This 500-year-old harbor area was a vital link to the markets of the outside world for the 15th Century kingdom of Pajajaran. Since then this port has belonged to the Portuguese and Dutch. Though little remains of bustling old Sunda Kelapa except the name, the harbor is still one of the most important calls for sailing vessels from all over Indonesia. The magnificent and brightly painted Makassar schooner called Phinisi are still an important means of transporting goods to and from the outer islands. This is one of the finest sights in Jakarta. FATAHILLAH MUSEUM Built in the 16th century, the museum is housed in the old town hall of Batavia, which is probably one of the most solid reminders of Dutch rule to be found in Indonesia. It provides the historic background of Jakarta through a display of maps and antiquities, including furniture and porcelains. ( Monday & Public Holidays closed. BEAUTIFUL INDONESIA IN MINIATURE PARK An extensive theme park set in over 100 hectares on the outskirts of Jakarta; the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park) is Indonesia's answer to every visitor's prayer to see the magnificent archipelago in just one day. All the Indonesian islands are realistically reproduced in miniature in a central lake and around the lake are pavilions to represent the 26 provinces in Indonesia. Each pavilion is representative of each province from the traditional architectural style in miniature to a wonderful display of cultural items and exhibits. CABLE CAR RIDE This is another attraction inside the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Ride the 4-seat cable cars high up across over the park for a spectacular bird’s eye view. MUSEUM INDONESIA Inside the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is Museum Indonesia, a three-story edifice in traditional Balinese architecture. The museum houses a vast collection of Indonesian contemporary arts and crafts, traditional costumes from the various regions, puppets, musical instruments, masks, and daily life utensils NOTE: Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is closed on Monday, instead you'll visit to Monument Pancasila Sakti at Lubang Buaya is made. 3. DREAMLAND TourDaily: 5 hours Visit and touring in TAMAN IMPIAN JAYA ANCOL or known as 'Ancol Dream Land'. It is Jakarta's all-in-one recreation park located on the waterfront in north of the city. Ancol is also home to the city's only appreciable beachfront, a great place for fun at the Bay of Jakarta. ANCOL ART MARKET Located inside the Ancol Dreamland, it is an outdoor art market likely recreational place where you will be most tempted to purchase something. Items include antiques, handicrafts, paintings, potters, and knickknacks. With many of the artisans working on site, it is a paradise for souvenir hunters and art lovers. SEA WORLD Inside the Ancol Dreamland complex, Sea World is a high tech modern huge aquarium exhibiting the special and diverse tropical marine life found throughout the Indonesian waters. Stroll through Freshwater World and Microworld, see beautiful tropical fish and corral reefs, and get friendly with marine life at the Touch pool. A theater screens movies about the underwater world and a necessity is the Antasena Tunnel, a walk-through acrylic tube that gives first hand experience of life under the sea. DUNIA FANTASI Dunia Fantasi or 'Fantasy World' is a fun and theme park designed to entertain the visitors into the fascinating worlds of modern science and technology. The facilities take visitors on imagination tours of Africa, America and Indonesia through some breath taking games.
4. HIGHLAND UP COUNTRY Tour Daily: 8 hours Drive through one of Jakarta's suburbs and lovely countryside, this tour takes you to Bogor, 60 km south of Jakarta and on to Puncak and Cisarua area at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level. Located at the heart of Bogor, it is world class botanical gardens, covering an area of around 85 hectares. Officially opened by the Dutch in 1817, it was from these gardens that early researchers developed various crops such as tea, cassava, tobacco and cinchona. The park is still a major center for botanical research in Indonesia. More than 15,000 plant species grow in this garden, including 400 kinds of palm and more than 5,000 kinds of orchid varieties from various regions in Indonesia. Many of the trees are centuries old. In the northwest corner of the gardens you can view the Presidential Summer Place that formerly was the official residence of the Dutch governors-general from 1870 to 1942. PUNCAK From Bogor, drive across this beautiful 1400-meter high pass, winding mountain road that passes through small resort towns and tea plantations you will arrive to Puncak that meaning 'summit'. At this high altitude, it's cool and often misty. Tea pickers with their colorful costumes and big broad hats are good objects for photo lovers It is a popular escape from the heat and crowds of Jakarta. LUNCH will be served at a local restaurant here. TAMAN SAFARI INDONESIA The Taman Safari Indonesia or Indonesia Safari Park is a drive-through game park created for animals in an environment as close as possible to their natural habitat. Watching various kinds of animals from all continents roaming nearby your tour bus is a very interesting experience that can not be found in other zoos. Adjacent to the park is Baby Zoo which will offer another interest where you could hold friendly lion cubs, shake hands with orangutans and see a very unique white tiger.
5. BANDUNG VOLCANO Tour Daily: 12 hours A full day scenic-sightseeing tour to Bandung, the capital of West Java province and the Indonesia's third largest city, also known as 'the city of flowers'. A pleasant drive via Subang roads, passing by mountainous area, paddy fields, rubber and tea plantations makes this excursion worth. This tour featuring the following objects and attractions: CIATER HOT SPRING Ciater is a pretty little place in the middle of huge tea estate. Its main attraction is the Sari Ater Hot Spring Resort; the pools are probably the best of all the hot springs around Bandung. You can enjoy swimming in warm sulphurous water pools that can heal rheumatism and skin problems (note: pool ticket will be on your own expenses). TANGKUBAN PERHAU CRATER The name Tangkuban Perahu or the 'overturned boat' derived from the Sundanese 'Sangkuriang' legend. Its craters are the remnant of a gigantic collapsed volcano; it still simmers and bubbles, sending up deadly sulphurous fumes. Its last serious eruption was in 1969, filling the area with black clouds, ash, and mudflows. Tangkuban Perahu crater is easily accessible by car that makes it as impressive sights. CIHAMPELAS 'JEANS' CENTER No discussion of Bandung' sights would be complete without mention of its famous jeans street, Jalan Cihampelas. This is a commercial area, which offers a huge collection of jeans and the most beautifully decorated shop. It is the ultimate in arts and has to be seen to be believed.
6.BOROBUDUR, THE WORLD WONDER Tour Daily: One Day and/or Overnight Tour Including: Excluding: Tour begins at the Soekarno-Hatta International airport of Jakarta. Assemble at 05.30 AM for morning flight departure to Jogyakarta (etd. 06.30). Upon arrival at Adisucipto the airport of Jogyakarta, meet and greet then proceed with the tour featuring the following objects and attractions: The CITY OF JOGYAKARTA First visit is to the ‘Kraton ‘ or Sultan’s Palace, built in 1755, a large part of the Kraton is used as a museum and holds an extensive collections and it becomes a living museum of antiquities and grandeur; then visit to a Batik factory -- Jogyakarta is a noted batik center, you can watch the batik process at the workshop; and proceed to Kota Gede located about 5 km south east of Jogyakarta, now has been famous since 1930 as the center of Jogya’s silver industry. PRAMBANAN TEMPLE Built in the 8th century, Prambanan Temples is the largest Hindu temple complex and the most outstanding example of Hindu art in Java. It is locally called ‘Candi Roro Jonggrang’ or ‘Slender Virgin,' and sometimes the entire complex is referred to by this name. The vibrant scenes carved onto the inner wall of the gallery encircling the temple are from the Ramayana epic. On its northern boundary is the outdoor theater where the Ramayana ballet is performed on full-moon nights from May to October annually. BORROBUDUR TEMPLE Located about 42-km northwest of Jogyakarta, the Borrobudur Temple is one of the wonders in the world. Built in the 8th century, its entire monument was conceived as a Buddhist vision of the cosmos in stone, starting in the everyday world and spiraling up to nirvana - eternal nothingness, the Buddhist heaven. The smaller temple of Mendut with its 10 feet high statue of Buddha enshrined inside and the Pawon will be visited enroute. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. On the One Day Tour, transfer back to the airport will be done soon the tour is finished while for the Overnight Tour will be done on the following day after breakfast at hotel. 7. BALI THE LAST PARADISE Tour Daily: One Day and/or Overnight Tour Including: Excluding: Tour begins at the Soekarno-Hatta International airport of Jakarta. Assemble at 06.00 AM for morning flight departure to BALI (etd. 07.00). Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai the airport of Bali, meet and greet then proceed with the BEAUTY OF KINTAMANI Tour featuring the following objects and attractions: Bali is famous for it’s traditional dances. Our first stop is to enjoy the Barong & Kris dance, it \portrays the eternal battle between good and evil. The Barong personifies good and its opponent is Rangda the evil witch. Continue to visit talented Balinese artist at Celuk(silversmiths), Mas (woodcarvers), Ubud (painters), Tampaksiring (the Holy spring), Elephant Cave, and proceed to Kintamani to view on the beautiful Lake Batur and active Mount Batur Volcano. Returning to the airport or hotel via Bangli Temple. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
