Mike Okereke (Nigeria)

Mike Okereke is an International Public Relations and Management Consultant. He is an IPRA Council member and was named the 2006 Public Relations Society of America ATLAS Award winner for life time achievement in International Public Relations Practice.
He is Chairman of The Management School of London. Chairman of TMS International, Dubai; Chairman of Mike Okereke Consulting Ltd. President, BEEC International, Ghana and Nigeria and is a Council Member of ESUT Business School, Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria.

He has carried annual Public Relations training programmes in different cities in Africa, the Middle East, Great Britain and the USA. He also runs the Directors programme from the London Institute of Directors in different African cities.

Okereke was named Public Relations Executive of the Year by the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Nigeria in 2004. He is Past President of the Federation of African Public Relations Association and Past President of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.

He is a member of various institutions promoting the public relations discipline, including: Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Fellow, Nigeria Institute of Management, Fellow, National Marketing Institute of Nigeria, Member, Institute of Directors London and Chartered Member of the Institute of Public Relations, London.

Okereke was formerly Head of Public Relations of UNILEVERS UAC from Nigeria Plc. He is speaker for IPRA Congresses and conferences in Punta del Este, El Cairo - Egypt, Nairobi - Kenya.
