Conference language
The conference language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Letter of Invitation

The Organizing Committee will issue an invitation letter upon request. The sole purpose of the letter is to facilitate the participant's travel visa arrangements and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support by the Organizing Committee.

Badges

Identification badges will be used during the event and will be available to all participants upon registration on site. Participants are required to wear their badges in order to get access to all conference rooms and Exhibition area.

Certificate of Attendance

An official certificate of attendance will be issued to all registered congress participants.

Passport & Visa

All visitors to Indonesia must possess passport which is valid for the least 6 months.  The government of Indonesia grants visa on arrival to the following countries only : United States of America, Australia, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Finland, Hungary, England, Italy, Japan, Germany, Canada, South Korea, Norway, France, Poland, Switzerland, New Zealand, and Taiwan.  Other countries require visa arrangement.  Please contact the local Indonesian Embassy or Consulate in your country. (Note : No visa required for ASEAN countries)

Insurance

The congress fee does not include insurance. All participants should arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of origin.

Climate

Indonesian’s climate is definitely tropical.  Temperatures range from 21 degree to 33 degree Celsius.

Electricity

Electricity current that is used in Indonesia is 220 volt at 50 cycles, but in hotel you may find 2 sockets of 110 and 220 volt.  If you need a converter, it is available in all hotels through the housekeeping department.  Internet connection in Headquarter Hotel (Hotel Mulia) is free otherwise can be connected in hotel rooms or from the hotel business center with additional charges.

Transportation

Taxis in Jakarta are metered and could be flagged down anywhere.  Taxi fare is the distance traveled??. Taxis ranks can be found at most hotels and shopping centers and can be requested by telephone.  Taxi fare is charged at Rp.6,000 for the first km and thereafter for a subsequent of 200 meters.  Available throughout the city.
