Appointed as Board of Commissioners for PT. Sari Husada and Danone Aqua group. Advisors to Danone Group of Companies in Indonesia.
The Danone group businesses including Water division, Baby Nutrition, Dairy and Medical Nutrition. Size of the total group is around US$ 900 million.
May 2005 – Dec 2009:
President Director/CEO of PT. Sari Husada a subsidiary of Danone Baby Nutrition Division. Annual turnover of around US$ 270 million with EBITA around US$ 75 million. The company manufacture/produce and market nutritious foods for babies and children.
November 2003 – April 2005:
Promoted to become Group Director, Regional areas. This expanded position reports to President Director and managing the total business of Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia and Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia outside of Jakarta business. Regional areas contribute approximately 72% of volume and revenue. In terms of EBIT the group delivers around 68% of Total Indonesia. 2 Deputy Group Directors and 9 GMs are reporting to this position.
September 2002- October 2003:
Appointed as Group Director, Central East Java and Sumatra. This operational role is responsible for the overall performance of five operations generating around 50% of the volume of Indonesia and around 65% of EBIT. The position reports to President Director of Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia.

March 2001 – August 2002:
Promoted to a new created position of Vice President, Organization Development. This position manages three departments, National Human Resources, National Learning and Development and National Corporate Affairs. The position reports to the President Director of Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia.
The reason management asked incumbent to this new position is to finalize several large projects that have been pending for several years. All Projects were completed such as:
1. Consolidation of three different retirement scheme, and now become one.
2. Implementation of common Collective Labor Agreement for ten operations
3. Finalizing one common Job Evaluation and Job Grading system for all operations
4. Finalizing one common sales force compensation and incentive system for all operations.
5. Two major restructuring programs including rightsizing the company and operations. Reducing around 800 headcount by September 2002.
June 2000- February 2001
Operations Director for Outer Island. Covering the Island of Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. Five General Managers reporting directly to the Director who is based in Jakarta National Office. In terms of volume, the outer Islands regions contribute around 25% of total Indonesia and approximately 35% of profit of total Indonesia.

General Manager of Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia, East Java. Responsible for all area of operation including Finance, Production, Quality, Human Resources, Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Public Relation and Business information System. Total employees of 1247 with 16 Sales Centers/Branches across East Java province. Annual turnover of around Rp. 250 Billion and serving 84,000 sales outlets and 30 million consumers.
*Significant Achievement: In 1998, where the peak of economic, political and social crisis, able to hold the decreasing sales volume and still able to make trading profit. In 1999 still in economic crisis, able to grow the sales back by 24% which is 21% above the target with gross revenue increase by 38% but able to grow trading profit by 82% which is 57% above the target. Received award from the Minister of Labor and Vice President Megawati for Zero accident and also for creating a good relationship with employees “Zero Conflict Award”.
November 1996 – March 1998
General Manager of Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia, Central Sumatra covering three provinces (West Sumatra, Jambi and Riau). Responsible for all area of operation including Finance, Production, Quality, Human Resources, Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Public Relation and Business Information System. Total employees of 330 with 8 Sales Centers/Branches across the three provinces. Annual turnover of Rp.90 billion and serving 17,000 sales outlets and 11 million consumers.
*Significant Achievement: In 1997 able to achieve “Gold Quality” award for quality of products, Won the Chairman Trophy for one of the best operation in Indonesia with sales volume growth of 52% and Trading profit increase of 89% while increasing market share in carbonated soft drink market.
